Laveen’s newest school, Estrella Foothills Global Academy is now enrolling for August 2020.
Estrella Foothills will be offering on-site learning with students attending school each day in person. Class sizes will be capped at only 18 students and CDC safety recommendations will be implemented as much as possible (e.g., hand washing, limited sharing of supplies, health screenings, and face coverings). Space will be maximized between desks.
The school will open with only two classrooms for every grade level in Grades K-6. Parents will be responsible for transporting their children to and from school as busing will not be provided at this time.
To enroll using our secure online registration portal, visit the district’s registration page. Registration for EFGA will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Families who have already registered at EFGA will receive priority enrollment.
Note: The Governor’s June 29 Executive Order delayed the opening of schools for on-site learning to August 17. Until the executive order is lifted, EFGA will provide instruction via an online/distance learning format. Read more at www.LaveenSchools.org/Return-to-Laveen.
